Your information will be kept private and confidential. All data within Intellect’s platform is protected through zero-knowledge encryption and transmission, including all audio and video transmissions. When you use any of Intellect’ services, no personal and identifiable data will be shared with your employer or manager without your permission, except as required by law or stipulated health guidelines.

About Services

All Intellect clinicians have met the qualification standards prescribed by the relevant country’s regulatory body and have obtained a Master’s degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology. They also have a broad range of clinical expertise, experience and are well informed on providing Specialized Care to you. When exploring the “Book Now” option under Individualized Care, you will be able to see profiles of Intellect’s clinicians.

While there is no limit to accessing any of these services, individuals are entitled up to 16 one-to-one counselling per case.

There will not be any cost to you. While our clinicians work on a one-hour session duration per booking, Intellect understands that the scope of sessions/presenting challenges you might face might require extensions. Intellect will advise on the frequency and/or duration per session for the care you need and pre-schedule them accordingly. Intellect manages these arrangements with the T&S Wellbeing Team to ensure your wellbeing needs are prioritized.

You may reschedule / cancel a booked session directly on the microsite. Simply access your booked session and toggle next to the “Join” button to see options for rescheduling or cancelling the session.

We strongly advise all employees who wish to reschedule or cancel booked sessions to do so at least 24 hours in advance, allowing others to take the available slot.

Intellect’s services are available in English and primary country languages, including Mandarin, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Tagalog, Bahasa Melayu, Japanese, Bahasa Indonesia, Hindi, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, Irish, Polish, German, Turkish, Arabic, Portuguese and French.

We also plan to expand language support throughout the year, allowing for the introduction of additional languages in the future.

Yes, you can still access 1:1 support after leaving the company, regardless of your exit reason. This is part of your post-employment care, which gives you access to up to 16 counselling sessions. You’ll have six months from your last day of service to start your care, and once you do, you’ll have another six months to complete all 16 sessions.

Access information will be provided to you during the offboarding process. Please contact your local HRBP to understand the eligibility criteria and process of accessing post-employment wellbeing support.

To ensure compliance with international and local regulations, the microsite does not support booking or matching with clinicians across state or national borders.
If you have transferred to a different location, you may send in a request via email to tiktok@intellect.co to update your location on the microsite. Once the new location is updated, you will be able to view clinicians from the new location and book sessions.
