What are Onsite Days?

Onsite days occur when a trained clinician from T&S Specialized Care is deployed to a local Trust & Safety office to provide wellbeing support, in collaboration with your local wellbeing site managers. It typically includes a variety of services such as individual counselling sessions, group check-ins or group training sessions.

This comprehensive approach aims to provide Trust & Safety teams with more accessible mental health support, building a healthier and safer workplace.

Frequently Asked Questions

All employees in Trust & Safety are eligible to attend Onsite Days in their local Trust & Safety offices.

It typically involves a mixture of services such as 1:1 counselling sessions, group check-in sessions, Program RISE and/or thematic wellbeing webinars.

You can book an onsite counselling session by following the below steps:
      Step 1: Click on the “Onsite Days” tab on the top navigation bar of the T&S Specialized Care microsite.
      Step 2: Choose the onsite day available for your local office and click “View details”.
      Step 3: Under “Available Services” click “Book your slot” on 1:1 Counselling.
      Step 4: You will be directed to the Onsite Day page where you can click “Book Now” to choose the 1:1 counselling slot that is most suitable for you.
      Step 5: Upon choosing a slot, click “Confirm” and you will receive a confirmation of your booked counselling session via email. You will also receive another email and text reminder 24 hours before your booked counselling session

Onsite Days are scheduled with clinicians from T&S Specialized Care who are available to visit local Trust & Safety offices on specific days coordinated by your local wellbeing site manager. Therefore, you may not always be able to see your matched counsellor during an Onsite Day.

No, you will not be unmatched from your current counsellor. However, if you want to continue virtual sessions with the counsellor you met onsite, you will need to unmatch from your current virtual counsellor and then match with the onsite counsellor for continued virtual sessions.

Onsite Days are scheduled at least once a month for all T&S APAC offices and can be more depending on specific sites.

You may reschedule / cancel a booked session by simply following the steps below:
  • Access your booked session via the “Onsite Days” tab or “All Bookings” tab.
  • Click on “View Details” to view the relevant Onsite Day and click “Edit Session” at the 1:1 counselling section.
  • Find an alternative slot to reschedule your session and click “Reschedule Session” to confirm the new time.
  • Should you wish to cancel your session, click “Cancel” to confirm your cancellation.
We strongly advise all employees who wish to reschedule or cancel booked sessions to do so at least 24 hours in advance, allowing others to take the available slot.
